1. Binding Agreement

By accessing or using the Sakoooon.com mobile application and its associated services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a digital contract between you (the "User") and Sakoooon.com under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Legal Capacity: In accordance with the Pakistan Contract Act, 1872, users must be at least 18 years of age to form a binding contract. Minors may only use the app under the supervision of a guardian.

Accuracy: You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and accurate delivery details.

Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Sakoooon.com is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

3. Commercial Terms & Payments

COD Protocol: Currently, Sakoooon.com operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You agree to pay the full amount in PKR upon the arrival of the rider.

Pricing & Taxes: Prices displayed include applicable provincial sales taxes (e.g., SRB in Sindh, PRA in Punjab) unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on distance.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity (e.g., "fake" orders).

4. Delivery Obligations

Logistics: Delivery is carried out by third-party riders or vendor fleets.

External Factors: Timelines are estimates. Sakoooon.com is not liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events common in the Pakistan market, such as strikes, roadblocks, extreme weather, or security protocols.

Acceptance: Failure to be present at the delivery location after three contact attempts may result in order cancellation and a temporary block on your account.

5. Returns & Refunds

All refund requests are governed by the Sakoooon.com Refund Policy. Eligibility is strictly limited to incorrect, damaged, or substandard items as per the Provincial Consumer Protection Acts. Change of mind is not an applicable ground for return.

6. Acceptable Use & Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

Providing false landmarks or addresses.

Harassing delivery riders or customer support staff.

Attempting to bypass app security (punishable under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016).

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, including the "Sakoooon" name, logo, and app interface, are protected under the Copyright Ordinance (1962) and Trade Marks Ordinance (2001) of Pakistan. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Intermediary Role: Sakoooon.com acts as a platform connecting users with vendors. We are not the manufacturer of the goods.

Damage Cap: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual price paid for the specific order in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sakoooon.com against any legal claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your breach of these terms or violation of any Pakistani law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt an amicable settlement. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the relevant Consumer Courts in the district where the order was placed (e.g., Karachi, Lahore).

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in local regulations or business pivots. Continued use of the app after such changes signifies your acceptance.
